Buy it, use it, break it, fix it…

Here’s one of my theories about Daft Punk:

They ensure their physical appearance is shrouded behind robot helmets and nearly complete body coverage.  They’re building a reputation for fine craftsmanship with long intervals between output so that they can pass their mantles down to future generations and effectively retire early.

And I mean this in less of a Menudo way and more like a Dread Pirate Roberts kind of way.
